Build a culture of belonging with an inclusive leadership qualification
Our online postgraduate courses are designed to strengthen your leadership skills and help you embed inclusive values.
Inclusive educational leadership means that every child feels valued and respected, regardless of their gender, faith, background or ability.
Our courses will help you hone your leadership skills and understand your personal approach as well as teaching you how to understand, and work more effectively with the people in your management team.
You might choose to start with a mandatory qualification such as your SENCO training, or you might have already done a leadership NPQ. Whether you are in a SEND specific role or more general leadership position, our courses will help you lead with confidence.
