Our Masters in Inclusive Educational Leadership is designed for educational professionals looking to develop their leadership skills within an inclusive setting.
You will gain advanced knowledge of leadership and management principles and exemplary inclusive practice, as well as developing the skills to help you lead with greater confidence.
This programme is designed and delivered by Real Training and accredited and quality assured by Middlesex University.
Choose from different modules, worth between 30 to 60 credits each. As this is a part-time programme you can study a maximum of 90 credits in one academic year. You need 180 (level 7) credits to obtain your MEd.

Certificate of Psychometric Testing, Assessment and Access Arrangements
All educationalists use tests to assess their students’ progress.
This course will help you to understand how assessments using psychometric tests are developed; how to use them effectively; how to interpret the results; and how to write access arrangements for public examinations.
You will not only gain the British Psychological Society's (BPS's) Test User Educational qualification, but you will also be able to join the BPS's Register of Qualifications in Test Use – a publicly searchable database of competence that will bolster your professional reputation.

Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing
The Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing is accredited by Real Training and will provide an explicit record of your achievements.
Upon completion, you will be eligible for a nationally recognised qualification that will be logged on the British Psychological Society's Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU). This is a public record of your qualification and allows others to check your competence.

MEd SEND & Inclusion: Assessment
Become your setting's leader or specialist in assessment by implementing effective programmes, and ensuring long-term success through ongoing evaluation and adaptation.
Building on the knowledge gained from professional qualifications such as the Certificate in Competence in Educational Testing (CCET), this programme allows you to strengthen your skills in a number of ways.
You might take the opportunity to understand more about cognitive functioning to ensure interventions being implemented are in line with the assessed needs of the students. You could also develop skills to drive positive change for students through auditing and leading improvements for testing provision and practices in your setting.
- MEd SEND & Inclusion: Autism
MEd SEND & Inclusion: Autism
Become the autism expert in your setting and transform the lives of young autistic people by undertaking our Masters in Autism programme.
This programme is designed and delivered by Real Training and accredited and quality assured by Middlesex University. It allows educational professionals to study autism in greater depth, combining two autism-specific modules with a range of optional modules from our broader SEND and Inclusion topics to gain their MEd qualification.
As this is a part-time programme, you can take a maximum of 90 credits in one academic year. You need 180 (level 7) credits to obtain your MEd.
- MEd Professional Practice in Dyslexia and Literacy
MEd Professional Practice in Dyslexia and Literacy
The Master of Education (MEd) Professional Practice in Dyslexia and Literacy is a programme designed to offer those who have completed some Dyslexia and Literacy courses from Dyslexia Action a route to gain a Masters qualification. The programme is quality assured by Middlesex University and you will receive a Middlesex University award upon completion.
To join the programme, you should have already completed some Dyslexia Action modules amounting to between 40 and 120 credits. If you have achieved 120 credits, you will be able to enrol on the 60 credit Enquiry-based SEND practice module to complete your Masters level qualification. If you have fewer than 120 credits from the Dyslexia Action's courses, you have the option to complete the final credits from a selection of Real Training's SEND programme modules, followed by the Enquiry-based SEND practice module.
Depending on the chosen modules, you will then obtain either the MEd Professional Practice in Dyslexia and Literacy (see below for module options) or the MEd SEND.

Our postgraduate diplomas are available on all five of our masters programmes. Choose to graduate with 120 credits from a combination of 30 and 60 credit modules and/or any credits you bring into the programme from previous studies.

We have a range of postgraduate certificates available. These include PGCerts in SEND & Inclusion, Autism, Specialist Teaching for Maths-Related Difficulties, Assessment and Psychology for Education.
PGCerts can be achieved by studying either a 60-credit module, or a specific combination of two 30 credit modules. You will receive a Middlesex University award upon completion.
