Gain a qualification in SEND and inclusion that really makes a difference in your setting
Delivering meaningful change in education is complex. All of our SEND courses are developed and led by educational psychologists, SENCOs and SEND experts with up-to-date knowledge and first-hand experience of working in schools.
An increasing number of children are being identified as having special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and a growing number of teachers feel out of their depth supporting them. According to a recent OFSTED survey, SEND is the number one area in which teachers most frequently request more professional development.
At Real Training we have designed our SEND courses to help SENCOs, teachers and other education professionals gain the knowledge and skills they need, while fitting study around demanding work and personal commitments.
Our approach focuses on developing communities of practice which are so important for SEND. This means that learning isnβt confined to one-directional instruction. Instead, we coach our delegates through practical projects, equipping them with the skills to initiate a lasting impact in their setting with the support of delegates online as well as within their local school community.

βThe course has impacted all areas of my setting. It has also supported me in understanding the need for balance in the role. I researched and implemented a programme and intervention to support reading in Key Stage 2 and it is now benefitting all pupils including those with SEND needs.β
